2. Driving barefoot

Another thing that feels a little bit illegal is driving barefoot. Well, it’s not illegal. No matter where you are or where you go, driving barefoot isn’t illegal, although it’s not really wise. Driving barefoot could affect your control over your car.

In fact, a press release highlighted the potential risks of driving barefoot. Your feet can easily slip off the brake or gas pedals. And yes, the lack of footwear won’t result in a ticket, but if you are involved in a car accident, and the police determine that your lack of footwear contributed to the accident, you might be cited for reckless driving. It’s best to avoid that.

  1. This is not correct, its called “public Intoxication” and even if you are not completely intoxicated, that is how it will be filed. Your only recourse is a lab test which will likely reveal any illegal substances in your system. If you beat the drunk test the cop will claim you were intoxicated and mearly recovered due to the time it took to get the test. If you have anything in your system you will be charged and you will loose. I have seen this happen to several of the employees that have worked for me.
