3. Swearing at a cop
When we are pulled over by a police officer, almost all of us (if not all) find ourselves mumbling curses. But the minute the cop is near our car’s window, we shut up. Well, although you assume it’s illegal, swearing at a cop is not against the law. It’s mentioned in the First Amendment!
However, some states have laws that ban swearing. In Virginia, for example, there’s a law that prohibits cursing and swearing in public. In fact, it is considered a Class 4 misdemeanor. Yet, the First Amendment applies to everyone. It protects your free speech, but it doesn’t mean you can’t be cited for inciting violence with your cursing and swearing.

This is not correct, its called “public Intoxication” and even if you are not completely intoxicated, that is how it will be filed. Your only recourse is a lab test which will likely reveal any illegal substances in your system. If you beat the drunk test the cop will claim you were intoxicated and mearly recovered due to the time it took to get the test. If you have anything in your system you will be charged and you will loose. I have seen this happen to several of the employees that have worked for me.
