Trump claimed that Kamala Harris wants to pass laws to outlaw red meat. Trump insisted that she wants to do so, to stop climate change.
False! Kamala Harris never wanted to pass laws to outlaw red meat! She claimed over the years that is very important for Americans to be careful with their diet and take proper care of their health. At a CNN climate change town hall, in 2019, she tried to encourage Americans to reduce their consumption of red meat. As soon as she felt she might be wrongly understood, she said how much she loves to eat cheeseburgers, from time to time.
All that Kamala Harris was trying to do, was to encourage a healthy lifestyle for the Americans, mentioning a few times in her speech how important it is to find the balance in life.
