Seattle
Seattle takes well care of its residents. People with a low income can be eligible for a $3,000 stimulus check. However, the deadline to apply for one was November 15.
To apply, you had to be over the age of 18 years old and your income had to be less than $40,500/year. For families of four, the yearly income had to be $57,850 or lower as a condition to apply.
Columbia
In Columbia, there is a program called the Columbia Life Improvement Monetary Boost, and this September 100 fathers with a low income have started getting payments worth $500.
The money is deposited onto debit cards and the payments will continue for a total of 12 months.
New Orleans
The state’s financial literacy program includes giving teens a monthly payment worth $350.
The checks will start arriving in December and will continue for the next 10 months.
To be eligible you must be between the ages of 16 and 24 and unemployed or not in school.
Santa Ana
From December 4th, as a part of the Revive Santa Ana Resident Stimulus Program, officials will deliver from door to door, prepaid Visa debit cards with $300 on them.
Those with poverty rates above the median of 42% can greatly benefit from this financial support.
Pittsburgh
In Pittsburgh, approximately 200 households with low incomes will receive payments worth $500/monthly for the next 2 years. However, some checks will be from Covid funds.
Residents can expect to receive them this month.
