7. Right to a speedy trial
When it comes to trials, the accused has the right to have a speedy and public trial led by an impartial jury from the state and district where the crime was committed. This law was also ratified in 1791.
8. Right to jury trials
According to the rules, everybody who is accused of doing something has the right to a trial by jury. The person will be re-examined in any court in the United States. This law was also ratified in 1791.
