Bear in mind that in the Show-Me State, bear wrestling is banned. And it is illegal for obvious reasons (animal cruelty violations) since the law passed in 1998.
Bonus: It is against the law to drive with an uncaged bear.
Montana
I cannot imagine how this happened… But, in Montana, giving a rat as a present is illegal. It’s illegal to raise, sell, or offer a rat as a present. If they are actually food for birds of prey or reptiles, you can sell/raise rats; otherwise, it’s illegal.
Nebraska
Luckily, you can’t get married in Nebraska if you have a venereal disease. According to this law, someone who is afflicted with any venereal disease can’t marry in the Tree Planters State.
