Man sues date for being on her phone

We all have funny dating stories that entertain, and sometimes horrify, our friends, but a 37-year-old man from Austin, Texas took it to a whole new level. He just could not let go of his awful dating experience so he decided to sue his date. The man was so offended that his date spent the whole time they were at the movies watching “Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2” texting on her phone.
He actually claimed that her behavior was breaking the theater rules and affected his movie-watching experience. She agreed to reimburse him the $17.31 for her cinema ticket only if he agreed to leave her alone. Soon after that he withdrew his lawsuit.
