Many situations could lead to an arrest, and if you’re more Catholic than the Pope, you might think that even recording a conversation is illegal. Yeah, the naughty list is pretty long, but you are not on it if you do any of the following things. They might feel illegal, but, in reality, they aren’t.

Even though laws vary by state, in almost all states, these actions won’t result in immediate arrest and some jail time, expensive tickets, or court. However, you should take into consideration the fact that some of them could fall under a sort of local ordinance in your city.

  1. This is not correct, its called “public Intoxication” and even if you are not completely intoxicated, that is how it will be filed. Your only recourse is a lab test which will likely reveal any illegal substances in your system. If you beat the drunk test the cop will claim you were intoxicated and mearly recovered due to the time it took to get the test. If you have anything in your system you will be charged and you will loose. I have seen this happen to several of the employees that have worked for me.
