Bank Robber Sues Cops for Shooting Him
Yep, you read that right.
A few years ago, Todd Kirkpatrick was in the middle of a bank robbery when he got shot twice by a deputy.
His weapon of defense? A lawsuit! As soon as he was out of the hospital, Kirkpatrick filed a lawsuit saying that he was ‘obviously unarmed and severely shot up.’ He even demanded $6.3 million and additional pay for his hospital bill that reportedly reached $300,000.
The man, who had taken part in four previous robberies, ended up in jail and the deputy who shot him received the 2012 Law Enforcement Officer of the Year award.

Judge Thomas of Ohio violence my civil rights and my bill rights in his bias court room of law. I can prove it.
assuming that his lawyer got paid by the plantiff, Mr. Aitken, instead of taxpayers, it appears to be money well spent. arne. From this Mr. Austin would have gotten hours and hours of entertainment, physical activity, social contacts and probably even a job offer. If we taxpayers paid, then some form of re-imbursement needs to be devised. arne. ,
