It seems pretty odd to make a law about wearing a shirt, however Maryland doesn’t care. In Maryland it is a violation to wear sleeveless shirts in the park, even if it’s just for a jog. The fine is $10.
16. You Can Offer Any Gift You Wish To. Except For Rats
In Montana there’s a law which clearly says you can’t give rats as a present. It is also illegal to raise, sell or give them away they can only be used as food for reptiles or birds of prey.
