To encourage people to move to Harmony, the city is offering residential home construction cash rebates. Harmony Economic Development Authority will provide those building a new home a cash rebate ranging from $5,000 to $12,000.
The amount is based on the estimated market value of the new home. There are no restrictions or limits on applicants’ age, income level or residency.
