IRS takes, then wastes
Since 2014, the Internal Revenue Service has spent $12 million on an email archiving system it hasn’t used. Why? According to a review by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, the system was purchased “without first determining project infrastructure needs, integration requirements, business requirements, security and portal bandwidth, and whether the subscriptions were technologically feasible on the IRS enterprise.”

when congress makes this selection and it is a waste of money we should reduce the same amount of money from their pay
amd maybe they think twice about wasting our money
