Georgia

Sailing for more than 30 days in the Peach State? Not possible! Also, your dream about retiring on a boat with your spouse goes down the drain, too. It is illegal to live on a boat for more than 30 days in Georgia. If you really want your biggest dream to come true, move to another state!

Hawaii

Aloha everyone! If you’re planning a trip to the Rainbow State, please, do not place a coin in someone’s ear. Apparently, this weird law was passed when Hawaii became part of the U.S. in 1900. The officials had to do it because Hawaiians kept hiding coins in their ears so they wouldn’t get destroyed.

Idaho
