During the ‘50s, CIA agents paid prostitutes in San Francisco to lure men to certain so-called safe houses. There, they used LSD to drug the subjects without their consent and they would watch them engage in sexual activities with the prostitutes.
The agency later tried to destroy every record of the program, but some of them lived to tell the tale.
