7. Don’t keep something valuable in your car
This is actually true because most of the burglars are looking through the windows of your car in case you left your phone or laptop there for a couple of minutes while you went to buy a coffee. Don’t leave anything of value in your car!
8. Don’t turn off the lights
Usually, a burglar is going to be more interested in a house that seems empty. So, keeping your lights on might give the impression that you are at home. Neat, right?
But now you are thinking about a huge energy bill because of that. Don’t worry about it because a smart light that you can turn on and off by using an app on your phone is probably the best idea.
