2. The riots at the Capitol
As many of you may know, the day in which the Capitol riots took place was a very dark day.
And as you may recall that day the then president gave a speech and had a lot to say on Twitter to his supporters which then broke into the Capitol.
Many believe he was inciting the riots and for that he can be held accountable, but there is some uncertainty towards that because of the free speech law.
However, he could be banned from running as president again or holding any political office.
3. Several defamation cases
Trump is facing several defamation allegations and now that his presidential immunity is no longer available he can find himself sued.
One person that is waiting to pursue legal actions against the former leader is Stormy Daniels, an adult film star which claims she had a sexual encounter with him. She was paid off $130,000 by Michael Cohen.
She also says her lawyer are ready to take the defamation case to the Supreme Court.
Trump is also accused by two women who claim they were sexually abused and raped by him, and both ladies are suing him for defamation.
The former president is denying all of the accusations.
