This bans the interference of “any wire, oral or electronic communication.”
8. Federal Trade Commission
The FTC has the right to investigate any unfair trade policy.
9. Lanham Act
It offers protection to service marks and trademarks.
10. National Labor Relations Act
Gives the right for employees to participate and engage in any activity regarding better conditions in the workplace.
11. Stored Communications Act
Entities are not allowed to access nor store certain private data.
