9. Bill Gross and Sue Gross

In general, divorces are emotional experiences that involve dirty tricks, legal maneuvering, and savage insults, and, unsurprisingly, that was also the case for Bill and Sue Gross. She filed for divorce back in 2016 and slammed the door with $1.3 billion in her pockets. They even battled over their cats.
After one year of constant battling, their marriage officially ended. And we say marriage because the battle between the two continued over their California mansion. Bill lost this battle again, eventually purchasing another house in the same area; maybe because he wanted to spy on his ex-wife.
