They definitely don’t need any introductions since their name is Disney… But, unfortunately, life is not a fairytale nor a Walt Disney movie, so after more than five decades, the famous couple, Roy E. Disney and Patricia Disney, decided to call it quits.
He was the one filing for divorce, saying that he wants it due to irreconcilable differences. But, time proved that was just an excuse since Roy eventually married producer Leslie DeMeuse only a year after the divorce.
As you would assume, 52 years of marriage is definitely something, so $600 million seemed the proper amount of money in divorce settlement and the right sum to get him out of Forbes’ list of the richest men in the world.
