In Connecticut, only 50% of your benefits won’t be taxed, and in Minnesota only %33 will be spared. Missouri will not be too harsh when it comes to taxing your retirement income, but that depends on how much money you’re making every year.

It’s the same case for Rhode Island as well, they will look into how much money you’re making every year then decide if they will tax you. And when it comes to West Virginia, their country roads will take you to a zero tax policy on your retirement income starting 2022.
