Check the IRS Get My Payment tool

Recently, the IRS re-launched the online tool that allows all taxpayers to track their stimulus payments. So, if there’s no sign of your much-needed stimulus payment, you should check out the IRS’s tool. The data provided in the tracking tool is updated only once a day, so don’t lose precious time by checking it more than once a day.

If we’ve convinced you to check it, have your Social Security number on hand. Your address is also required in order to log in. If you entered them correctly, you would be able to see your coronavirus stimulus payment status.

The tool will also inform you about the form of your payment, as well as when it is scheduled to be sent.

‘Is it a good idea to call the IRS?’

You can try, but since the Internal Revenue Service urged all Americans to check their website instead of calling, we don’t think you’ll have any luck.
