As you know, Kavanaugh has been a federal judge for 12 years and the president nominated him to replace the retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy on the US Supreme Court, saying that there is no one in America more qualified for this position, and no one more deserving. Brett Kavanaugh has a confirmation process ahead of him.
And, with a third woman, Julie Swetnick who came forward to accuse him, according to a statement published on Wednesday by her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, Kavanaugh is pushed to the wall. Of course, Trump supported his supreme court pick with a tweet on Wednesday, at the UN in New York: “Avenatti is a third-rate lawyer, who is good at making false accusations, like he did on me and like he is now doing on Judge Brett Kavanaugh. He is just looking for attention and doesn’t want people to look at his past record and relationships—a total low-life!”
In separate statements, Brett Kavanaugh denied Ford and Ramirez’s accounts. Christine Ford accused Kavanaugh of forcing himself on her at a high school party in the early 1980s, while Deborah Ramirez, a former Yale University classmate of Kavanaugh’s, said Kavanaugh exposed himself to her without her consent at a dorm-room party during his freshman 1983-84 school year.
Let’s see how Brett Kavanaugh became the Supreme Court’s nomination, now involved in sexual misconduct allegations!
