I have been trying to get my husband’s benefits since he died September 26, 2004. No one wants to help me. I’ve been to the office four different times. What can I do to get his benefits as well as mine???

  2. I’m having a difficult and impossible time getting a lawyer to handle my sons disability because he’s already receiving payments however they should be on my benefits. The law firm that was handling the first partial award never found in the Appeal. Many attempts have been made to contact them, however the attorney left the firm, so they dropped the ball. Can you please help me find one that will handle the case at the federal level a lot of more evidence board in during the 60 day period.
    Thanks

I had 40 quarters when i retired from the post office presdent regan took 2/3 of my ss from me all i get is $ 155 a month is there anything i can do to get it back?

  4. nothing you can do . it happened to us too my husband worked 24 years at the post office so because he draws retirement from that they cut his check . I have info from govt that shows that what they are doing is legal and wee cannot change the law. it affects the post office more than other companies. Ronald Reagan really fixed us all up . they say he did not have enough substantial earnings and he is drawing check for retirement from post office and he worked another job from which he does not receive retirement we are expected to live off of 1800.00 a month counting social security .
