And, with a third woman, Julie Swetnick who came forward to accuse him, according to a statement published on Wednesday by her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, Kavanaugh is pushed to the wall. Of course, Trump supported his supreme court pick with a tweet on Wednesday, at the UN in New York: “Avenatti is a third-rate lawyer, who is good at making false accusations, like he did on me and like he is now doing on Judge Brett Kavanaugh. He is just looking for attention and doesn’t want people to look at his past record and relationships—a total low-life!”
In separate statements, Brett Kavanaugh denied Ford and Ramirez’s accounts. Christine Ford accused Kavanaugh of forcing himself on her at a high school party in the early 1980s, while Deborah Ramirez, a former Yale University classmate of Kavanaugh’s, said Kavanaugh exposed himself to her without her consent at a dorm-room party during his freshman 1983-84 school year.

If Dr. Ford was the victim of a sex crime, she has a legal obligation to pursue a complaint against Mr. Kavanaugh.
She said it occured in Maryland which does not have a statue of limitations on sex crimes.
She is concealing a crime if it actually happened and she is breaking the law by not reporting it to local authorities.
This is not a FBI matter.

I think Dr. Ford was hoaxed into thinking that the young man who assulted her was Bret K. This man knew that Bret was a quiet guy & as a joke blamed it on him. Drunk guys would do this as not to implicate themselves. I’ll bet that if the prosecutor showed Dr Ford pictures of the guys in his or other classes from the year book that she would either not be able to pick out the guy that assulted her (can’t remember or too upset) or would pick someone other than Bret out (perhaps the actual person who assulted her) that is if she hasn’t already see Bret’s year book photo. Why didn’t any think to do this lineup…? They do this all the time in Law & Order SVU…
Both my wife and I do not believe Ford. She is a professor and a licensed psychologist and said she didn’t know how she would go about getting an attorney or if she needed one, what a crock! How could she teach or hire herself out to anyone for advice if she is not aware of legalities. Again this is nothing but the democrats being afraid of losing their grip so they can continue to hoodwink the (LEGAL) American citizens of this country. America first not the Domocratic Party.
I,m sorry we agreed on a New FBI examination …Every time Brett was up for a new job As well as this one for THE Supreme Court .He went through an FBI examination…Just because some Flack was bombarded in an elevator by some crazy left wing people …he cave and came back into the room and requested ANOTHER FBI exam amd Lindsey Graham went along with it. I worked in a mostly male environment for many years and I am familiar with sexual harassment. I don’t know what happened to Mrs. Ford, aND unfortunately neither does she.She can’t remember where,when,how she got there and how she got home, but she thinKS that Brett Kavanaugh did it. I find that totally implausible. How can you say with certainty he was the one,when you can’t say who was there besides Mark Judge and Brett Kavanauh, the date,place,or anything else. I would call this selective memory by anot her left wing professsor, with the help of her “counselor” and her attorneys. If it sounds like it was made up, it most likely was.

There is so much outcry and mud slinging on both sides of this story, much of it by people that were not involved in this situation, nor did they even know the people involved at the time it ocurred, including Trump!! None of these people are even concerned about the truth or the facts. Our legal system is based on innocent until proven guilty. So many people have already decided in their owm minds who is lying and who is truthful. I believe each party has a right to be heard. An innocent man should not suffer due to a false accusation NOR should a victim be ignored. I have personally seen the destruction that can happen in a victims life due to a sexual assault to many times. Most ot the time it is a hidden secret or the victim has to defend themselves if it becomes public. Before the public condems either party involved, do the right thing and LISTEN!
Kavanaugh’s reputation has been raped!! I believe him with my entire soul and being. These women should be charged with lying under oath.
Brett Kavanaugh is too unstable to be a Supreme Court Justice which he displayed to us in his hearing when he exploded about himself and showed partisan thinking rather than logical thinking.
