3. Find out if there are witnesses to help prove your case
Ask yourself this: “Was there anyone such as a colleague who observed your situation?” If the answer is yes, can you use him/her as a witness? Before doing that, make sure he/she is ready to testify about the issues and events regarding your situation.
Even if they witnessed the events, maybe they are afraid of testifying or exposing themselves. If they agree, feel free to summon them. No matter who they are, your chances of winning the case increase significantly if they testify on your behalf.
