Is the company/person you want to sue still harassing you? If that’s the case, it’s time to get an injunction (and do it before starting the lawsuit against them). An injunction is basically an order issued by a court that prohibits a specific action.

If the company/person fails to follow the rules of the injunction, they could face costly fines and even imprisonment.
