10. Corrections within the concert ticket resale industry
It is prohibited to sell concert tickets at prices higher than those advertised by the producer, except in special cases. Using software to acquire large numbers of tickets is also against regulations.
In fact, re-sellers must inform consumers that they will be reimbursed if an event is cancelled, if the ticket does not allow them to attend a concert (if, for example, the ticket is counterfeit), or if the ticket does not correspond to the concert offered during the resale.
