First of all, it’s really inconvenient to pass through someone else’s property in order to access yours. Secondly, you’ll most likely face some legal problems. Why? Because the vast majority of landlocked properties appear after a big property has been divided into lots, then each lot is sold separately.
In theory, every single parcel/lot should have its own public access, but, unfortunately, it doesn’t happen every time.
