16. Having intercourse with an animal
Just like cannibalism, having sexual relations with an animal is wrong and besides that, a form of abuse. However, there are no strict regulations against it, even though you can be charged under other felonies.
Almost every state is condemning it, but under different names such as: ,,bestiality”, ,, sodomy”, ,,sexual assault” and so on.
17. Burning the regional flag
In 1990 it was ruled that it would be unconstitutional for the government to forbid burning a regional flag because of its meaning, which is ,, symbolic speech”.
That being said there still are regulations against the place, manner and context of doing this action.
