I’m not saying that it won’t happen one day, but so far, infrastructure was put off due to… well, pretty much any reason on this Planet.
First it was the healthcare reform, then the tax reform and when the Congress did declare last June that they had a plan on air traffic updates. That didn’t happen either, but hey – there’s still time!
