11. Animal parking fees
It may sound funny and surreal to you, however in Florida( no, we are not joking) you are required to pay a certain amount of money if you leave your animal in the parking lot.
The animals included are elephants, camels and horses. No shock this rule applies in this particular state.
12. Walking topless
Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Kansas, and Oklahoma are now the states which allow women to walk topless on the streets. This has come as a result after a federal court ruled over a ban which didn’t allow women to walk with their chest fully exposed.
