Last year, the Biden administration announced proposed legislative changes and executive actions to restrict “ghost guns,” “the creation of new,” and “red flag laws” and ATF clarification of firearm stabilizing braces.

For law-abiding gun owners and for people who want to buy their first firearm, the different federal, state, and city firearms laws can be hard to navigate.

Legislators are attempting to make a difference by enacting increasingly restrictive gun laws that exclude hunters, competition shooters, and sportsmen/women.

The administration is actually doing an educational program that promotes the safe storage of firearms. Of course, it’s ideal for them to be kept away from children and any other unauthorized users.

Make sure you are well informed about this matter and the changes that can occur in your state.
